Ball Gown

The true “princess” dress. The ball gown has a fitted bodice and a full skirt. Ideal for most body types, but can be overwhelming on petites with very small frames.

A-Line

Slightly more flowy than a ball gown, A-lines have fitted bodices through the waist and cascade out towards the ground, resembling the outline of an uppercase "A." Ideal for all body types.

Mermaid

Sleek and sexy. Fitted on the body from the chest to the knee, then flares out close to the knee. Ideal for brides looking to show off their curves.

Theath

Literally "fit-and-flare:" fitted through the body and flairs out mid-thigh. This cut is between a modified a-line and a mermaid cut. Ideal for brides looking to accentuate a small waist. Think: hourglass figures and petites.

Empire

A narrow shape that flows straight down from the neckline to the hem. Ideal for lean frames, and athletic body types. Also great for hourglasses who are looking to flaunt their curves!

Sweet Heart

Mostly used in dresses without straps, it’s formed by two curves recalling a heart shape.

Straight Across

Typical in the strapless dresses, it’s a straight neckline above the breast.

Asymmetric

Also known as ‘cleavage diana’ or ‘shoulder’, presents the bodice with a single shoulder strap and a diagonal cut.

Illusion

It uses two different fabrics to create an optical illusion. The covering bodice ends with a cut right on heart shaped above the breast, which is joined by a transparent fabric or lace to cover the sternum to the neck.

Queen Anne

It has a collar getting up in the back of the neck and a V-neckline of varying depth. The shoulders are covered.

Off the Shoulder

The straps drop laterally on the arms in a more or less soft way.

Jewel

A plain rounded neckline just above the collarbone The name is referred to the ability this neckline has to allow the view of necklaces or pendants.

V-Neck

A common neckline, it forms a triangle and drops to the breast; can be plunging or low.

Halter Strap

It features a V-neck or sweetheart front neckline with straps which wrap around and connect at the nape of the neck.

High Neck

A neckline that covers partially the neck and totally the breast.
